About Me

I build useful software with AI and help people get comfortable with new tools. I created ProfitTracker and continue to develop the product, its onboarding, and its support resources.

Earlier, I supported software deployment and user training for Latin American teams through staffing-agency assignments at Microsoft. Today, I bring that experience together with hands-on product work.
